To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
2. Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.
3. Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.
4. Shipping Fees
Landing Closet is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Garment doesn't fit;
Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

This sweater is everything! I love cozy, oversized sweaters that can be good for different weather. I love the huge pockets that held my phone and how well it went with my girls night out outfit. I normally don’t write reviews but looks are a big deal for me when it comes to clothes. It also fit as expected. It wasn’t too thick or too thin but just right. It’s also not itchy feeling like some sweaters of this type can be so that was a big plus. Comfort is a huge deal. I may get one in cream and black as well since they can go with multiple types of outfits.

I love this sweater. It’s a true sweater so it’s thicker than a light cardigan. The blush color is true to color online. It has an oversized fit with a drop sleeve and POCKETS! I’m a teacher and pockets are a must. This will be so cute for the fall, winter or spring. I will say there is a harsh odor when you first open the package so be prepared for that. I have a sensitive nose and I couldn’t smell anything after it was laundered. I don’t think it was the garment but the bag it was vacuum sealed in.

My only complaint is that there was some confusion in tracking my order, but the company was pretty good about keeping up with communications and doing their best to provide great customer service. I will look forward to ordering a couple more colors when there is another sale!

Love this simple cardigan! My favorite part is the pockets. Got this as a fall cardigan and its perfect for that. Its lightweight so wouldnt be the best for winter. I went with my normal size and it fits tts. If you want oversized size up.

Never really buy clothing on Facebook because you never know if it is going to be good quality but this is a great cardigan. Very soft & comfy. A little on the big side but it still fits. Not as thick & warm as expected but since it is big I can just put a long sleeve shirt under it.

Great comfy, casual sweater. The burgundy has an orange undertone but still a great color for fall. Fits large. I usual wear a large but got a medium Nd it fit nice and loose.
