We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control but to provide you with maximum peace of mind we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major difference between the photographed product and the product received are subject to exchange within 30 days.
Please note that: The return or exchange policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment and size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.

If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at return@landing-closet.com
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
2. Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.
4. Shipping Fees
Landing Closet is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Garment doesn't fit;

I wanted a cute travel outfit that I would be able to wear with a cardigan in the airport but once I arrived in Mexico take off the cardigan and be ready to step out into the heat and this was perfect. Light weight material, the open sides were a nice and sexy accent, the cinching at the waist was just right and the v-neckline a great compliment. Speaking of compliments this outfit received so many compliments from both men and women.

I LOVE this romper. It is adorable and so comfortable. The material is soft and breathable. I was a little worried about how it would look on me, I’ve got pudge in places I would prefer not to so I thought the belly might look bad, but it actually didn’t and was flattering. Would definitely recommend.
